All our products — including our signature custom pet T-shirts — are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners.

Our fulfillment team works hard to ensure your item is printed, packed, and shipped with care.

Important Notice

While most packages arrive on time, please allow extra time for delivery during high-demand seasons or international shipping.

Change of Delivery Address

Once your order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Cancellations

All Azaleaagift products are custom-made to order.

For that reason, we cannot accept cancellations once production has started.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged during transit, please:

  1. Do not sign or accept the package from the courier (if possible).
  2. Take clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged packaging and items.
  3. Contact our support team immediately at support@azaleaagift.com

 with your order number and evidence of damage.

If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please still contact us as soon as possible so we can guide you on the next steps.
