We begin processing your order within 2 hours after purchase.

🔍 Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (usually within 24–48 hours).
You can track your shipment using the courier link provided in that email.
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately — don’t worry, we cover all packages with full insurance.

📦 What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

The courier may leave your package in a safe place (such as your mailbox or reception area).
Or they’ll leave a pickup slip for collection at your local post office or courier branch.
If you missed a delivery, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
