📦 Order, Exchange & Return Policy

🕒 Order Changes & Cancellations
Every Azaleaagift tee is custom-made and handcrafted specially for you — that means each piece begins production shortly after purchase.
You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to request any changes or cancellations.
Once production has started, we’re unable to modify or cancel your order.
During busy seasons, production may begin immediately to ensure your shirt arrives as quickly as possible.

🚚 Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
If your shipping address was entered incorrectly, we can reprint and reship your order, but please note that reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid delays, double-check your address details, including:
🏠 Street name, house/building number, postal code, and contact number.
⏰ Late Delivery

Our team will help investigate and find the best possible solution.
Please note that we may not be able to investigate cases reported more than 30 days after shipment.
🚫 Return Policy
Because every Azaleaagift tee is custom-printed based on your pet photo and design choice, we’re unable to accept returns for:
- Wrong size
- Color or design preference
- Change of mind
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@azaleaagift.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos or a short video showing the issue
Our support team will review your case and usually provide a replacement at no extra cost.
⚠️ Please do not return items without prior authorization — we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We completely understand that sizing or design preferences can change!
Since all items are printed on demand, exchanges are available but not free of charge.
To request an exchange, please email support@azaleaagift.com with the subject:
Exchange Request – Order #[your order number]
Include:
- The new size or design you want
- Photos of the received item
Once reviewed, our team will assist you with the exchange process.
💥 Defective or Damaged Items
If your tee arrives with a printing error, misprint, or defect, we’re here to help make it right.
Please send us clear photos or an unboxing video along with your order number within 15 days of delivery.
If confirmed, we’ll send you a free replacement at no extra cost.
📬 Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
Your package may be returned to us if:
1️⃣ The shipping address provided is invalid or incomplete
2️⃣ The delivery carrier cannot access your location
3️⃣ The package was refused upon delivery
Because labels are automatically generated, we can’t change them once processed.
Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.
Azaleaagift cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information.
