We currently accept the following secure payment options:

What if my payment fails?
There may be several reasons for a failed payment (e.g., network issue, incorrect card info, or payment limit).
If your payment was unsuccessful, please contact our support team at:

🧾 Order Information
Where is my order confirmation number?
Once you place your order successfully, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your order details and confirmation number.
Didn’t receive your confirmation email?

with the subject: “Order Confirmation Missing”, and we’ll resend it to you.
Why does my order status show “Payment Pending”?
This status usually appears when payment wasn’t completed or confirmed by your bank.
If payment failed, you should receive an email with reattempt instructions.
If not, don’t recreate your order (to avoid duplicate charges).
Instead, email us at yumegarden4@gmail.com
with the subject: “Payment Pending”, and we’ll help you reprocess it safely.
Paid but order status not updated after 24 hours?
Don’t worry!
Email our team at yumegarden4@gmail.com
with the subject: “Order Verification”, and we’ll manually verify your payment and update your order status.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Because every Azaleaagift tee is custom-made just for you, you can only change or cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it.
After that, production begins, and we’re unable to make changes such as:
Shipping address updates
Quantity or size changes
Design edits
Please always double-check your cart and shipping details before confirming checkout.

🚚 Delivery
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and courier link.
You can track it anytime via our website’s “Track My Order” page or your courier’s website.
Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking to update.
What are your delivery options and timelines?

Indonesia 2 – 7 working days
U.S. & Canada 7 – 15 working days
Europe & U.K. 10 – 20 working days
Other countries 10 – 25 working days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to customs inspections.
Deliveries are made on weekdays only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
My order says “Preparing to Ship” or “In Transit” — what does that mean?
That means your custom tee has been printed and packed — it’s now on its way to you!
Once the courier scans your parcel, tracking updates will go live within 24 hours.
Why is there a delay in delivery?
Occasional delays may occur due to:
High order volume (especially during holidays or promotions)
Local customs clearance
Weather or courier issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
